Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate with contractors.
- Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure on-site safety protocols and compliance with standards.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate as required.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong understanding of RCC, brickwork, and finishing processes.
- Excellent site coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and implement on-site.
